The 2 gentlemen that run this insurance haven are so welcoming and helpful. They got me the best insurance at the lowest price the first time around. I haven't and will never leave. Gieco The General and Progressive quoted me double the price that A & J quoted me. And they work with you no matter what the circumstances. I love this place! Go here before you go anywhere else. It will save you time, phone calls, and stress.

Alfredo one of their best; he spent around two hours of his saturday shift trying to help me get the best policy at the best price, I highly recommend this place, costumer service is excellent, they really search for the best deal and take care of your pocket.

The reviews of other clients are true, except the guy who posted the negative one. Best insurance agency I have ever dealt with, fast, extremely friendly and had the knowledge to match. I was expecting a much higher rate but Robert was able to get me a much lower down payment and monthly premium. I will be recommending this agency to all when the subject comes up.

This insurance company is top rate. My job has a hectic schedule, and does not allow for much time to hang around waiting on someone to get back to me after putting me on hold. A&J insurance had a 4 or 5 star rating when I looked up insurance companies in palm beach on Google Maps, so I decided to give them a call. From the time I made the call, to completing the setup of a new policy, took about an hour or less, including me driving over there. I also don't mind driving to the office in person to make a payment when I actually have a chance, as the guys are always friendly, and treat you like an actual human being. Even over-the-phone payment is a breeze: 1 dial their number and give identification and payment info; 2 your all set, have a great day:) Great job guys, this is how REAL business is conducted.
